I had this card in my G5 as well. I finally got fed up and yanked the AlchemyTV from my system completely.

I considered going for the discount miglia was offering in leau of updated software, but was turned off by the rude comments the miglia reps were leaving in various forums. I bought an EyeTV 250 instead and I am really glad I did. Aside from the fact that the EyeTV product actually works, the video quality is MUCH better then the miglia card, and the software and feature set is on a whole different level.

I will not be buying anything from miglia ever again.

I agree and am totally pissed, that i bought this product, I wish i had not gone with a third rate company now, and gone with something available from EYETV.

8 months is absolutely ridiculous and I hope that it shows others the "support" their company offers before buying something that with an os upgrade becomes unusable.
(EYETV took like 3 weeks to update!!!)
