I finally got fed up and yanked the AlchemyTV from my system completely. I considered going for the discount miglia was offering in leau of updated software, but was turned off by the rude comments the miglia reps were leaving in various forums. I bought an EyeTV 250 instead and I am really glad I did. Aside from the fact that the EyeTV product actually works, the video quality is MUCH better then the miglia card, and the software and feature set is on a whole different level.
